In order to plan and realize the “Learning ONE,” it is important to create a “participant-centric” environment by combining didactic needs with aspects of social interaction between the Faculty and participants. These are key elements to support classroom activities, both face-to-face and on line.

Webinar
A webinar is a type of web conference that happens in real-time. The difference between the webinar and the distance learning lessons is the ability for the webinar to reach a wider audience while still allowing some form of interaction between teacher and participants.

John Red
John Red is simulated experience in which each participant acts as a leader of a team to experiment in managing group dynamics. This experience challenges the participants to manage a team of designers and engineers during a product launch.

HandShake
HandShake is a web-based simulated experience to experiment with the dynamics of negotiation. In the simulation, two parties must negotiate a contract by communicating through a system of messaging (synchronous and asynchronous). At the end of the simulation, expectations, strategies, results and satisfaction levels are monitored and analyzed; the instructor and participants can then review the data.
