Our areas of activity extend over threads and competences that cover:
- by client type, (Regions and departments, agencies, public and private health authorities and companies – categorized by their characteristics, such as #ASL, hospital agencies, university clinics, #IRCCS, etc. – social-health agencies, diagnostic and surgeries, etc.) and various possible professionals (top management, medical management, other professions, administrative personnel, directors and collaborators from businesses connected to the health sector, etc.). All these activities are contextualized by the Institution-Professional combination to which they are directed by:
- teaching type, from the most traditional to coaching, organisational workshops, and co-management of change processes;
- type of topic, combined together to give adequate response to the needs of the user and applied to the dual term (or different combinations) of the specific Institution-Professional receiving the training course.
Below is an initial general organization of the maximum areas of competencies feasible in tailored training programmes.
International Programmes
Training activities on an international level of DAP – Health Services sector - are a reference point in the worldwide panorama thanks to the School teachers' well-developed network of relationships.
Over the past few years, activity has been progressively developed along four lines that today characterize the main project proposals of SDA Bocconi for the Health Care Sector (primarily carried out in English but in French or Spanish on request):

modular training programmes for national and international clients aimed at management or specific professional profiles (doctors, technicians, etc.);
- competency development programs called
DUALITY, run in partnership with leading organisations from other countries, that envisage the management of a training course, visits in the field and exchanges of experience between small groups of managers or professionals from the countries of the organizing institutions. The program plans for reciprocity, i.e., carrying out a training module for each country of the organizing institutions.

EXCHANGE TRAINING PROGRAMMES that envisage the organisation by SDA Bocconi teachers of trainings programmes and visits for small groups on site in the field in the Italian health care sector, if commissioned by foreign institutions, or in various countries other than Italy, if commissioned by Italian institutions and companies.

Participation in association with other leading institutions in
extensive training projects commissioned at the international level through tenders or organized by bodies that require the contribution of specialist competencies (such as master and executive courses).
